Small cohort: 6–10 leaders maximum
Live coaching on real workplace challenges
The Leadership Accelerator is designed for you if…
You’re a high-performing young professional and you’re ready to stop just surviving work and start leading like someone who belongs in the room.
You might be:
stepping into leadership for the first time
managing people (or about to)
leading projects cross-functionally
feeling pressure to “prove yourself” at a new level
second-guessing your communication in high-stakes moments
overwhelmed, but ambitious — and ready for something to change
craving a confident, grounded leadership style
You don’t need more motivation.
You need coaching, structure, and leadership skill-building that actually changes how you show up.
Most young professionals don’t struggle because they lack talent.
They struggle because leadership requires skills no one teaches:
regulating stress and staying calm under pressure
communicating clearly when the stakes are high
handling conflict without shutting down or blowing up
building trust with people above, beside, and below you
setting boundaries without guilt or resentment
making decisions in ambiguity without freezing
showing up with presence — not just performance
Without support, even the most talented people burn out, plateau, or get passed over.
This program exists to stop that cycle — early.
Why this program works when others don't
Most leadership training tells you what to do differently.
This program starts with why it's been so hard to change — and gives you the neuroscience to actually do it.
Every session is grounded in how the brain works: from the amygdala hijack that derails your best leadership moments, to the neuroplasticity research that proves new patterns are always possible, to the social neuroscience of trust, presence, and influence.
When you understand the biology underneath your behavior, you stop blaming yourself for patterns that were never a character flaw — and you gain a lever for change you've never had before.
Four months. Three arcs. Sixteen sessions.
The program is built in three progressive parts — each one building on the last.
Part I: Self-Leadership (Months 1–2 · Sessions 1–5)
You cannot lead others effectively until you understand what's driving your own behavior. Part I gives you a science-based model for your brain, your triggers, your habits, and your energy — and the tools to start changing what isn't working.
Part II: Relational Leadership (Months 2–3 · Sessions 6–12)
Leadership happens between people. Part II builds the relational skills that determine whether your team brings you their best thinking or their minimum compliance — presence, communication, feedback, crucial conversations, trust, and coaching.
Part III: Strategic Leadership (Month 4 · Sessions 13–16)
From managing the present to shaping the future. Part III develops the strategic skills that distinguish managers from leaders: decision-making under uncertainty, building psychological safety, influence without authority, and leading in a world that won't stop changing.
Every session follows the same deliberate structure
The sequence matters as much as the content.
Coherence Reset — HeartMath breathing to arrive present and regulated before learning begins
Neuroscience + Teaching — One core idea, one framework, grounded in brain science
Guided Practice — Paired practice using real situations from your actual work
Live Coaching Hot Seat — Real coaching on a live leadership challenge. The cohort learns by watching as much as by being coached.
Commitment Close — One insight. One action stated aloud. Social accountability accelerates change.
After every session, you receive a follow-up with resources and two homework prompts to apply what you learned before the next session.
Everything in the program
16 weekly live sessions (60 minutes each): Structured teaching, guided practice, and live group coaching every week for four months.
Neuroscience-based curriculum: A complete three-part program covering self-leadership, relational leadership, and strategic leadership — grounded in the latest research on how the brain actually changes.
Live coaching hot seats: Bring real situations: a difficult conversation you're avoiding, a team dynamic that's breaking down, a decision you're stuck on, a promotion you're working toward. Get coached live in front of the cohort — where the deepest learning happens.
WhatsApp accountability group: Between sessions, the cohort stays connected. Each week you share a brief update on your commitment — what you practiced, what shifted, what you're still working on.
Accountability buddy: You'll be paired with a cohort member for 10-minute weekly check-ins throughout the program — and for 90 days after it ends.
Session resources + reflection tools: After every session you’ll receive the frameworks taught, recommended reading, and two homework prompts designed for immediate application.

Meet Your Coach
Hi, I'm Meredith Turney.
I work with high-performing professionals who are stepping into leadership and want to do it with clarity, confidence, and emotional intelligence — not just hustle and hope.
My coaching integrates leadership development, neuroscience, emotional intelligence training, and high-performance mindset work into a practical program that changes how you actually show up — not just how you think about showing up.
I built this program because I kept coaching the same challenges over and over: smart, talented people being derailed by the human skills no one had ever taught them. This cohort is my answer to that.
You can read more about me and my background on my bio page. And you can hear from my clients how I’ve helped them transform their leadership, careers, and lives on my client testimonials page.
Frequently Asked Questions
How is this different from therapy? Therapy often focuses on healing the past. This program focuses on building leadership skills for the future — grounded in neuroscience, not pathology. Many participants find the two work well together.
How is this different from a leadership course or workshop? Courses give you information. This program gives you information plus live coaching on your real situations, community accountability, and the repeated practice that actually rewires behavior. The neuroscience is clear: you don't change by learning. You change by practicing in conditions that feel real.
What if I'm not a manager yet? Now is the ideal time to join. Many participants enroll before their first promotion so they can step into leadership fully prepared — rather than learning on the job at their team's expense.
How many people are in the cohort? No more than 10. The intimacy of the group is not a limitation — it's the program. You learn as much from watching others be coached as from being coached yourself.
What's the time commitment? One 60-minute live session per week for 16 weeks, plus optional 10-minute buddy check-ins and brief between-session reflection practices. Most participants find the between-session work takes 15–20 minutes per week.
Do I have to speak on calls? Participation is encouraged and deepens your results. Most participants find their comfort and confidence in the group builds quickly — that's part of what the program develops.
Is this a course or coaching? Both. Each session includes structured teaching, guided practice, and live coaching. You're not watching a curriculum — you're being developed in real time.
What if I miss a session? Sessions are not recorded, both to protect confidentiality and to reinforce the value of live presence. If you need to miss a session, your accountability buddy can debrief you on the key framework and your homework.
The future of your career won't require more hustle.
It will require a stronger version of you.
If you're ready to become the kind of leader who communicates clearly, stays grounded under pressure, builds trust on every team, and leads with genuine presence —this is your program.
